Winter in the vineyards

In winter, Members of the Winery take care of the traditional work in the vineyards to prepare them for the coming production season. Work begins with pruning the vines and replacing damaged posts and tensioning the trellis wires to support the plant as it grows. Activities are carried out with the utmost respect for the land and sustainability.
