With the end of the harvest, it’s time to think about year-end balances. With climate change and the introduction of new production techniques, we are already looking ahead to the next viticultural season. Cantina Ramuscello embraces “Regenerative Viticulture” geared toward improving soil and environmental health while developing “Precision Viticulture” through drones, sensors and DSS systems, now an integral part of our vineyard experiments.
